"Feria Inmobiliaria de Madrid" fair.
|
|
Sixty Panamanian
realtors and developers took part in "Feria Inmobiliaria de Madrid",
Europe’s largest real estate trade fair. Held April 4-8 at Madrid’s
"Salón Inmobiliario", the event gathered over 700
exhibitors from 50 countries as well as 140,000 visitors.
The Panamanian
delegation presented the Isthmus as a "single namebrand"
to Europe’s demanding real estate market.
In recent
years, Panama has become one of the most attractive real estate markets
in Latin America for "first-world" retirees and second-home
buyers, thanks to the country’s excellent tax laws, low inflation
rates, state-of-the-art medical services, a stable democracy, a growing
economy and modern communications infrastructure.
