Headquartered for many years at Atlapa Convention Center, the Panama Tourist Bureau (IPAT) is moving to its new home: a modern-looking, glass building on Avenida Samuel Lewis, in the heart of the city's hotel and banking district. The move will take place throughout the month of April.

IPAT was founded in 1960 and was elevated to government ministry status in 2004. In recent years, the organization's marketing department has led a successful promotional campaign, participating in major tourism fairs abroad.
