The
list of entrées, however, is quite long, as well as the desserts,
prepared by the chef’s sister, Agnes Migny de Franco. With only
a couple of weeks on the market, Ten Bistro’s bar lounge is popular
among the city’s bon vivants and their foreign guests, as it is
rapidly becoming a place to see and be seen.
Earth colors feature in the establishment’s décor, the
creation of architect Germán Pinzón.
